As an Apogée Consult co-founder and former Polyenco board member (Polytech Lyon Junior Enterprise), I developed a hands-on leadership style: making decisions under uncertainty, coordinating teams, balancing technical requirements with business constraints, and sustaining collective momentum over time.

As a co-founder, leadership goes beyond technical execution. It includes client relationship management, priority definition, decision-making under constraints, and the ability to keep a clear direction while adapting to changing realities.

  • End-to-end technical steering: architecture, timelines, trade-offs and delivery quality.
  • B2B client relationship: understanding needs, reframing expectations and maintaining trust.
  • Structuring decisions under constraints (time, budget, limited resources).
  • Alignment between product vision, technical feasibility and business impact.

Polyenco: 3 years of associative leadership

Three successive board roles at Poly Engineering Consulting, the Junior Enterprise of Polytech Lyon:

  • Event Manager (Feb 2025 – Apr 2026): planning and coordinating events to improve visibility and reinforce team dynamics. Logistics, volunteer coordination, operational tracking and on-site execution.
  • Communication Manager (May 2023 – Feb 2025): brand image development through visual assets, LinkedIn and Instagram content, and internal/external communication. Editorial consistency with other teams.

My leadership style

  • Priority clarity: identify what matters most and communicate it without ambiguity.
  • Enablement over control: create the conditions for effective team execution.
  • Owned decisions: decide when needed, explain the rationale, and stay open to correction.
  • Direct feedback: communicate clearly in context, not only during formal retrospectives.
  • Autonomy growth: support people without creating dependency by sharing context and method.
